Hey there friends, I'm Asha Wild.I’m an artist, a dancer, and a coach for prolific creators. I created the foundations for Sustain Yourself: Creative Self-Care for myself when I was traveling around the country dancing tango til 5am and sleeping in strange spaces. As someone with sleep issues, migraines (triggered by flying and lack of sleep) and ADHD, I needed to create a system that would remind me of my options no matter where I was or what I had access to in that moment, since I was often away from home.Using the principles I teach here has helped me to take care of myself so that I can do more of what I love doing.

FAQ

I’m stressed and have a lot on my plate, how long will this take?

You’ll get an Audit + Action Plan when you sign up. It’s designed to get you thinking about what you’ll be using Sustain Yourself for, and how to organize and structure your practice to best suit your life. You can take as long as you need to do this, and you don’t have to do it all at once. It will take between 30-60 minutes, on average.Sustain Yourself: Creative Self-Care will be pre-recorded and will take about 60 minutes.

I already have 576 self care practices. Why would I need another one?

Sustain Yourself: Creative Self-Care isn’t a self-care practice like yoga or meditation. Inside you'll find a way to organize what you're doing now so that it works for you when you need it, you'll learn to rearrange your brain so that what you are doing has more impact, and you'll build in microdoses of pleasure so you feel better, and deepen your self-trust so that you know you can take care of yourself and feel good, no matter what's going on in your life.

I don't really have any self-care practices, or I know I am not doing what I should be doing. Is this for me?

Part of Sustain Yourself: Creative Self-Care is to audit your needs, what tools and practices you already have, and what you would like to start incorporating. You may find you have more than you realize and you'll also get access to a list of my top self-care tools and resources to add in as you like.

I’m not really into “self-care”, it feels fake and annoying. Is this for me?

Absolutely. I’m with you, friend. Sustain Yourself: Creative Self-Care is about creating sustainable and supple systems to help you feel good for the long-haul- no matter what life throws at you. We'll look at ways to microdose pleasure, create meaningful rituals, and make sure you're taking into account your own unique needs. (And hey!
